The Healing Power Of Tangerines!!

 

We all Love the scent & taste of a freshly peeled tangerine!! It is one of the sweetest & mildest of the citrus fruits! Most times it's almost impossible to stop at just one!! Your kids seem to go through the whole box in 2 days!! Tangerines are juicey, sweet, less acidic & full of vitamin C!! That's not all they have, Tangerines are also full of vitamin A, Folate, Potassium, even Calcium!! Those are just to name a few!!!


Did you know that Tangerines are great for treating colds, flu, fevers & throat infections! Tangerines will help the body replace lost minerals, as well as reinvigorate you!! Helping your body to battle off whatever nasty bug that is trying to knock you down. The next time you feel that itchy throat, or stuffy nose coming on, ge to the grocery store and get yorself some tangerines. Try at least 2 a day for 7-10 days depending on how bad you think it might be!!! Paired wih a bit of extra fresh garlic thrown into your meals, you will be feeling bette in no time!!!
